Personal Training- 1 hour sessions

  • Indoor/Outdoor gyms (Tarzana, Chatsworth, Venice, and Culver City)

  • Virtual training through FaceTime/Zoom

Nutrition Coaching- Having support from an experienced nutrition coach when making any diet modifications is key in setting you up for success emotionally, mentally, and physically. Some of the nutrition services I offer include:

  • Nutrition consultation and meal planning - 2 hours

  • In-home kitchen evaluation - 1 hour

  • Daily/weekly nutrition check-in’s via phone - 30/60 minutes

Custom Tea Design- As a Certified Master Herbalist and lover of all things tea, I create the highest quality, organic, medicinal herbal tea blends for specific purposes and provide instructions on preparation and use.
